Our cutting-edge technology, including tools like Second Opinion, Practice Intelligence, and Calibrate, transforms the way dental professionals analyze and diagnose patient data, driving efficiency and patient care.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an Enterprise Implementation Specialist to manage the implementation and rollout of Pearl AI’s largest domestic DSO customers. This role will be pivotal in delivering seamless deployment and achieving the time-to-live targets, ensuring our clients are fully equipped to leverage Pearl’s software capabilities from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and Technical Setup: Lead the technical setup and configuration of Pearl AI software, ensuring that each installation meets technical specifications and DSO standards.
  • Project Management: Own the project lifecycle with a focus on timely delivery, coordinating all phases from initial setup to go-live. Drive alignment on deadlines and objectives, ensuring customers achieve their time-to-live milestones.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide comprehensive training for all customer stakeholders, including DSO leadership, IT teams, and clinical staff, to promote software adoption and optimize usage.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships and maintain open communication channels with DSO leadership, IT departments, doctors, and Pearl AI's internal teams. Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Pearl AI’s internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Technical Support, to deliver a unified and coordinated implementation experience.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, track milestones, and report on progress to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity on project status at all times.
  • Customer Success Integration: Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition post-implementation, setting the foundation for long-term customer success and satisfaction.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in enterprise implementation or project management within a technology or SaaS environment, preferably with multi-location rollouts.
  • Strong technical acumen, with experience in software configuration and setup.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams including IT, leadership, and clinical professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to take extreme ownership of project deliverables, showing proactivity and accountability in managing customer relationships.

As an Enterprise Implementation Specialist at Pearl AI, you’ll play a critical role in driving the successful deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions across our largest DSO customers. You’ll work in a dynamic, innovative environment, with opportunities to make a significant impact on customer success and clinical outcomes within the dental industry.

For NY, CA, CO, MA, CT, VT, and MN applicants the pay range is $80,000 - $120,000 DOE.
