LOCATION: REMOTE

 

POSITION: 

We are looking for a responsible, capable, and organized team player to join HealthMark’s Legals processing team as an online notary and support. HealthMark Group is seeking a candidate with the ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, manage time well and organize documentation comprehensively. The candidate will be punctual, focused, and have a team-oriented attitude. HealthMark Group will facilitate Texas online notary certification for the selected candidate and will train. All personal identification must be current for this purpose and background checks passed.

 

PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Perform online notarization of records in collaboration with HealthMark certifier/qualified witness.
  • Able to coordinate and participate in recorded Teams calls with HealthMark certifier/qualified witness with punctuality and frequency.
  • Organize and document recordings and notarizations in electronic records.
  • Utilization of Nitro, Microsoft Office Suite products, excel, and minimally HealthMark’s proprietary technology for documentation upload.
  • Manage time, calendar, and documentation to ensure timely notarization of requests.
  • Communicate well with HealthMark certifier/qualified witness and legal processing team lead and members to ensure timely, accurate, and fluid notarization of requests.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Basic use of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to learn new technology.
  • 1-2 years’ work experience within a team.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • BA, Associate, or technical degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
  • Proactive work habits.
