Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview:

The Solutions Architect (SA) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions for defined opportunities and clients. The role focuses on both technical and commercial dimensions, ensuring seamless localization and services production deployment for one of our company's largest accounts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

New Business & Existing Business Development

  • Collaborate with Production Leadership, Sales and other key contributor teams to create compelling value propositions for new and addon business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver content for RFPs and Pitch Decks, focusing on technology-related aspects of proposals.
  • Define and implement technical configurations, including Pantheon (our Service Delivery Platform, TMS platforms, and integrations, to support customer onboarding for new customer teams and the entire customer lifecycle.

 

Program Design

  • Conduct production analyses for new lines of business for new and existing clients.
  • Participate in sales and project planning meetings with client representatives.
  • Develop production program overviews for newly established business lines.
  • Define scope and develop business cases to facilitate handoffs to Product and Prioritization Teams.
  • Configure Pantheon systems in alignment with Delivery Team requirements.

 

Program Implementation

  • Design detailed localization production workflows in collaboration with Production and other internal stakeholder teams.
  • Ensure proper instrumentation of technology and processes during new service offering onboarding.
  • Deliver educational sessions on expectations of operating to relevant teams as needed.
  • Act as a technical liaison, sharing knowledge and resolution strategies with Production teams and other internal stakeholder groups.
  • Document and communicate high-level troubleshooting and problem resolutions, ensuring resolutions are communicated across impacted teams.

  • Technical expertise in language industry processes with demonstrated understanding of evolving AI impacts and opportunities.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with client and business objectives.
  • Experience with localization workflows, production processes, and onboarding large-scale accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing engagements, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and implement scalable production solutions.
