Job Summary:

As a Support Specialist within the Wealth Management Specialist Team, you will ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of financial applications in wealth management. Your role will involve promptly addressing system issues, improving processes, and collaborating with various teams to deliver seamless system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Support:
   

   • Provide timely support for wealth management applications, including ADP Wilco (now part of Broadridge's Gloss suite).
     
   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
     

2. Incident Management:
   

   • Manage incidents by coordinating with users, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure rapid resolution.
     

3. System Monitoring:
   

   • Continuously monitor system performance and application health.
     
   • Identify and address discrepancies proactively.
     

4. Process Improvement:
   

   • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
     

5. Documentation:
   

   • Maintain and develop operational documentation, including run books and knowledge base articles.
     

6. User Training:
   

   • Assist in training users on application features and best practices to ensure effective utilization.
     

7. Collaboration:
   

   • Work closely with engineering and development teams to facilitate system upgrades and maintenance.
