Mission

This person will lead the Capture Intelligence Team in LATAM, but will also have to eventually lead other projects/teams in other markets based on demand (e.g. new agencies).


Job Functions


  • The head of research & insights will have to lead the Capture team, guiding the more junior staff on the daily projects: from client management, project definition, methodology selection, analysis review etc. He/she will also have to lead key pitches.
  • This person will have to identify new data sources, methodologies and work closely with the data science team to develop new Frameworks. 
  • Will also have to define and lead the sales strategy for the Capture business in the region, sitting together with the Growth team, identifying key services, mapping out clients, identifying best sales approach.
  • This person will have to liaise with the marketing team, define the best marketing approach for Capture, attend events, webinars and podcasts.
  • Finally, he/she will coach, mentor and guide his/her line reports and define a clear career path for them.


Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in market research either at agency or client side.
  • Demonstrate a profound expertise on varied market research methodologies and techniques.
  • Have experience in social intelligence, utilizing various social listening tools and expertise in query writing.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and data gathering/processing tools used in market research and social listening.
  • Proficiency in relevant research methodologies (e.g. audience segmentation, consumer decision journeys, brand health trackers, usage & attitudes)
  • Strong background in data analytics, research design, report creation, storytelling and presentation.

Educational Background
Bachelor´s Degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology or a related field. Master´s Degree is a plus.
