Partner Success Manager UK


Kyckr is a fast-growing, award-winning data and SaaS provider specializing in business verification services for Financial Crime teams.Our innovative solutions enable regulated entities like banks, law firms, and payment service providers to onboard and verify businesses using live data from over 300 corporate registries worldwide. We are trusted partners in global anti-money laundering (AML) efforts and were recently recognized as a 'Category Leader for KYC Data Solutions' by Chartis Research. 


We are now seeking a Partner Success Manager to lead the charge in maximizing the success of our distribution partners. This dynamic, cross-functional role combines elements of account management, technical account management, and pre-sales consulting. You’ll nurture and grow key partner relationships, support API integration and adoption, and act as a critical liaison between our partners and Kyckr’s technical and commercial teams. This is a pivotal role in ensuring our partners achieve their goals while enabling Kyckr to scale and deepen its impact. 

 

Your Responsibilities 


Partner Enablement 

Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, ensuring they derive maximum value from Kyckr’s solutions.  
Act as the primary point of contact for partner success, proactively addressing challenges and identifying growth opportunities.  
Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to drive partner satisfaction, renewals, and expansion.  

Technical Account Management 

Provide first-line support for technical queries related to Kyckr’s API.  
Act as a trusted advisor for partners, guiding them on API integration best practices and troubleshooting challenges.  
Work closely with Kyckr’s product and engineering teams to relay partner feedback and advocate for technical enhancements.  

Pre-sales Support 

Manage the integration of Kyckr’s API services into downstream workflow platforms  
Conduct API demos and technical discovery sessions with potential partners, translating complex concepts into business-friendly solutions.  
Assist in solution design and integration planning, ensuring alignment with partner workflows and objectives.  
Develop enablement materials, including process flows, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and training sessions for partner teams.  

Process Improvement 

Continuously refine Kyckr’s integration and support processes, driving efficiency and scalability.  
Document and optimize workflows to accelerate partner onboarding and time-to-value.


Requirements

Essential Experience 

3+ years in a partner success, account management, or technical solutions role within B2B SaaS or data technology.  
Proven experience with REST APIs, including hands-on use of tools like Postman.  
Excellent communication skills, able to navigate technical and non-technical conversations with stakeholders at all levels.  
A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to solving challenges and delivering value.  
Strong business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with commercial goals.  

Desirable Skills  
Familiarity with Financial Crime/KYC workflows.  
Basic knowledge of SQL or software development.  
Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
