Summary/About The Opportunity
We are Partner Business Excellence Team and our focus is to provide support for our Dayforce Partner Network team and our Dayforce Partners. The operational support comes through different avenues: Partner Relationship Management Portal, Reporting and Data Analytics. The student will work closely with our team to learn how to execute daily, weekly and monthly operational requests that were receive from the Dayforce Partner Network Team.
Partner Program Operations
Primary Responsibilities/ What you’ll get to do:
- Maintain any spreadsheets, power point presentations and non-marketing assets that support partner programs
- Maintain the queue of requests, route them appropriately, and follow-up when necessary
- Assist with documentation or meetings related to partner program updates internally
- Support the operations of programs like regional advisory councils, which would include action item documentation
Systems
- Operational support for the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system
- Update assets on any sites that contain partner program information
Metrics And Reporting
- Raise any data discrepancies, anomalies, highlights, or trends up to leadership regularly after reviewing the numbers provided by sales operations
- Create a partner data manual in partnership with sales operations to have one place where reports, definitions of data, and the data we have access to is consolidated
Internal Cross-functional Collaboration - Help collaborate with cross-functional business units to ensure seamless communication when changes occur, to make certain operational processes are clearly defined and documented across business units, and to help to prioritize requests for support.
- Aid in representing the partner organization on companywide projects that require partner participation, communication, or are in support of partners and help coordinate amongst appropriate team members with the larger scale initiatives.
