Job Description:

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and deliver engaging instructional materials.
Develop course content, including curriculum, learning modules, assessments, and multimedia resources.
Ensure instructional content aligns with learning objectives and meets the needs of the target audience.
Utilize instructional design models to create and refine educational materials.
Implement best practices in instructional design and learning theories to enhance learner outcomes.
Regularly evaluate and revise course content based on feedback and assessments.
Ensure accessibility of learning materials to meet diverse learner needs.
Provide support and guidance to faculty or instructors using learning management systems (LMS) and other teaching technologies.

Requirements

Professional Development: Proven experience in developing training programs or courses, particularly in a professional or corporate development environment.
Instructional Design Expertise: Strong understanding of instructional design principles, tools, and techniques.
TAE 16 or 22 Certification: Possession of TAE 16 or TAE 22 certification (or similar) is required, ensuring familiarity with Australian vocational education and training standards.
Learning Management System (LMS): Preferable experience with Canvas or similar learning management platforms, with the ability to design and manage online courses effectively.
Assessment Knowledge: Ability to create and assess learning outcomes, ensuring they meet educational standards and learner expectations.
