We are looking for a highly qualified, motivated and entrepreneurial leader to lead our product analytics team in China Analytics Center. This individual will lead a team of more than 20 analysts, work closely with our Global product organization on product analytics in ads, search, trust, payments, risk, focus verticals, buyer experience and etc., as a liaison to our data and test platform engineering team optimizing experimentation quality and efficiency, this individual will have chance to bring insights and value to future product design too.

What you will accomplish:
•    Lead, mentor and assist in the development of product analytics team. The role will manage a team of high impact, motivated data scientist and analyst.
•    Build positive relationships with global partners in analytics org and engineering org, also with engineering center in Shanghai to connect dots and improve experimentation quality and efficiency.
•    Develop self-service data visualization tools to help drive decision velocity of the organizations.
•    Seek insights and opportunities to improve product from analysis of cross functional data.

What you will bring:
•    BS/BA degree Statistics, Applied Econometrics, Math, Physics, Computer Science, other related Core Sciences or equivalent. 
•    10+ years working experience.
•    Excellent written and verbal English skill
•    Proficient in Python/R and SQL, database platforms including Hadoop
•    Experience with data and analytics methods using a variety of BI tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy.
•    Proven experience in project management practices, startup experience will be a plus.
•    Communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills that allow effective interactions with business partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership
•    Ability to interact with senior and executive leadership in both ad-hoc and formal settings
