Senior System Engineer_Ultrasound
Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Overall technical leadership and responsible for realization of end to end product system release in and for China market, and ensure quality and compliance for relevant Ultrasound product lines.
You are responsible for
- Translation of user and business requirements into product requirements, high level product design, check and optimize integration and verification
- System decomposition and allocation of derived requirements down to HW/SW element and part level and related traceability.
- Trade-off of product/system design specifications and interfaces, determine feasibility of potential solutions, and leading technical & design reviews.
- Ensuring full Product Safety Risk Management in a regulation compliant manner
- Systematically drive NMPA early submission by fully understand NMPA requirements and deliver just “right” to fulfill the needs.
- Leads and influences others and drives design for quality and is closely involved in the program of the applicable business.
- Makes a fundamental contribution to the innovation of products or processes
You are a part of
A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the GRC System & Software Manager, with Cross functional team as your key partners.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience in a product development
- Understanding of NMPA/CE/FDA relevant regulations
- Ability to work within a cross functional organization with good communication skills.
- Structured problem analysis and solving
- Must be open-minded to assure best design is chosen
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills while communicating in both English and Chinese
