The Department
Our dynamic marketing team, now part of J.D. Power's Autovista Group, spans Europe, Australia, and beyond. Committed to excellence and fueled by our core values, we focus on local brands and territories. With 16 marketers across Europe, we specialise in Campaigns, Content, CX and Performance & Analytics, aiming for revenue growth while enjoying our work. Seeking a proactive team player with a can-do attitude, we're dedicated to achieving high-growth targets by delivering impactful, customer-centric content and driving revenue through innovative storytelling and digital strategies.
The Role
You’ll be a confident German-language copywriter who’s ready to hit the ground running. You’ll play a key role in our growing content team – devising and writing compelling copy (long and short form) across various channels with the purpose of generating leads that convert to revenue. No two days are the same in this role. You could be writing a series of B2B emails one day, in response to a campaign brief, and drafting webpage copy or promotional banners the next day. You’ll be exposed to a broad range of mediums and techniques, which gives you plenty of opportunity to get creative and come up with meaningful content solutions. You will work closely with our other writers and our campaigns team, responding to regular briefs, which could be anything from a set of tweets to landing page copy. In addition, you’ll work with our Performance & Analytics team to ensure you’re tracking the results and impact of your copy. This role is results-driven; you will be targeting key roles within our customer segments. Engagement stats will be key but lead generation that converts to revenue will be your goal.
The Candidate
We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and results-oriented professional who is passionate about writing copy. You’ll be an excellent communicator, proactive with strong organisational skills to be able to juggle multiple priorities on any given day. You’re a writer at heart with an understanding of key copywriting principles and strategies. You enjoy working as part of a team, taking the lead on calls and sharing your thoughts and ideas. You’re equally comfortable working autonomously on a given task, with exceptional attention to detail. Above all, you demonstrate a “growth mindset” taking feedback to improve and open to learning from other team members.
