The Role
As a Customer Experience Marketer, you will play an important role in executing marketing strategies designed to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. You will focus on implementing digital solutions that improve customer journeys, streamline interactions, and support self-service capabilities, ensuring a smooth and effective customer experience. Your day-to-day activities will include helping to organise product training webinars, creating engaging instructional video content, and maintaining our marketing websites to ensure they are user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand. You will also support the development and improvement of our Customer Experience Chatbot, contributing to a better overall digital journey for our customers. This role will give you the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse performance data, and suggest improvements that help optimise our marketing efforts. It's a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact on how we connect with our customers.
The Candidate
We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and results-oriented professional who is passionate about enhancing the customer experience. You will have strong analytical skills and a customer-first approach to crafting user journeys. You are organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills in English are essential, and proficiency in another European language would be advantageous. Experience with marketing platforms such as Account Engagement, Salesforce, or Hootsuite is beneficial but not essential. You are familiar with Microsoft Office tools and thrive in a flexible working environment. Soft skills such as adaptability, a positive attitude, and collaboration are key for success in this role. You take ownership of your work, demonstrate accountability, and are motivated by the opportunity to innovate and learn.
