Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Junior ECO Engineer located in Lodz, Poland.
Reporting to the ECO Team Leader, the Junior ECO Engineer role involves coordinating product changes, creating new parts, ensuring effective communication among teams, conducting product change meetings, and driving process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
What a typical day looks like:
- Oversee and coordinate modifications to product structures, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
- Develop and introduce new parts and products, as well as implement necessary changes within the system to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate and coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product changes.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses in response to business needs, providing insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Organize and lead regular product change meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with customers to address inquiries and provide updates regarding product changes.
- Participate in regular project meetings conducted in English, fostering collaboration and clarity among team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication in a professional environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing product structures, including Bill of Materials (BOM), implementation processes, and modifications.
- Educational background in technical field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for understanding complex product specifications.
- Proven experience in customer engagement, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Competence in interpreting and analyzing technical documentation to support product development and changes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to perform effectively under time constraints, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills characterized by openness, clarity, and precision in conveying information.
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset, enhancing the candidate's suitability for the position.
- Preferably familiarity with ERP systems and Agile PLM tools
