SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
Purposes
Continuation of Sales Support position for MillerKnoll Contract sales operation supporting the sales team is the perfect opportunity for you to start or develop your career in the interior design industry. This position receives exposure to various aspects of sales, operations, inventory management, and interior design. Your success in this role will be measured by providing exceptional internal and external customer service, being a team player, building relationships, and supporting your peers in all facets of the business. You will report to the Regional Sales Director in Mexico City.
This position is hybrid and will work in the Mexico City Showroom 3-4 days per week and from home 1-2 days.
Responsibilities:
• Proprietary Customer database management (POCCA).
• Salesforce (CRM) Data Steward and management.
o Sales reports and analysis.
• Bids, RFI & RFP; provide and support the Sales Team with documents & information.
o Coordination with all areas to have updated information.
• Organization, requisition and control of inventories of CMF (Colors, materials & finishes) samples.
• Support & Monitoring of sales strategies implementation.
• Customer service support.
Product Knowledge:
• Develop an in-depth understanding of all products within our portfolio.
• Stay informed about new collections and materials.
Administrative Tasks:
• WFH (Work from home) stock management.
• Purchase orders processing for vendors and services to support Sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Advanced English language.
• Prior experience in data management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-Centric Attitude.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment to meeting established project deadlines in a complete, accurate and thorough manner.
• Strong proactive problem-solving skills.
• Handles confidential information with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
• Proven ability to build a culture focused on success and teamwork.
• Tech-Savvy.
• Comfortable using sales software, CRM systems, and basic office tools.
