What’s the scope of your responsibilities:

• Working on transformation projects, conducting tasks like data structuring, analysis, benchmarking, interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
• Taking on leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior team members and supporting new hires. Additionally, you'll contribute to the exchange of knowledge through workshops, publications, and seminars across various industries.
• Contribute to and effectively execute client projects within the financial services sector.
• Engage in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.
• Support the growth of the financial services practice by helping to create viewpoints, white papers, and capability statements for clients and potential clients in the industry.
• Participate in the daily activities and challenges of a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and high-performing team.

To flourish in this position, you should bring:

• 5-8 years Consultancy experience
• Understanding business needs and are passionate about delivering change
• Professional experience of at least 3 to 4 years in a Project Management role in the financial services industry
• Client-centric mindset, combining business and technology insights to advise our clients the right solution for their needs
• Being able to work and liaise with various stakeholders, ranging from technical stakeholders to senior managers
• Fluency in French and/or Dutch combined with an excellent knowledge of English
