This role resides within Third Party Governance Office (TPGO). How you’ll succeed

Identify beneficial ownership for CIBC’s third parties and assess whether there is any risk of foreign interference to CIBC

  • Liaise with various lines of business Provide guidance and education to business units and other key stakeholders so that ongoing third party risk monitoring requirements are clearly understood. As needed, liaise with various risk stakeholders across the bank e.g. Information Security, privacy, Technology etc. to support activities relevant to third party risk management

  • Process management and reporting Identify processes, policies, tools and procedures at the bank that need to be created or refined to support effective management and governance of third parties. Support the design and development of Third Party Risk control group reporting and metrics.
