What’s the scope of your responsibilities:

  • Working on transformation projects, provide end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives
  • People management, help build a team with the right mix of skills and experience to support client opportunities
  • Develop and convert a pipeline of opportunities
  • Fulfil a key role in account and proposition development within the ICT risk domain and key client accounts, assisting senior management to increase revenue
  • Taking on leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior team members and supporting new hires. Additionally, you'll contribute to the exchange of knowledge through workshops, publications, and seminars across various industries
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the sector, leveraging proven industry content and delivery capability

To flourish in this position, you should bring:

  • 8-15 years consultancy experience
  • Fluency in French and/or Dutch combined with an excellent knowledge of English
  • Experience in one or more cybersecurity domains including, but not limited to: Identity & Access Management, GRC…
  • Professional experience of at least 5 years in a Project Management role within the ICT risk domain
  • Ability to lead projects independently
  • Client-centric mindset, combining business and technology insights to advise our clients the right solution for their needs
  • Being able to work and liaise with various stakeholders, ranging from technical stakeholders to senior managers
