Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to derive actionable insights and analytics on two of our main verticals, care navigation and doctor ranking.

Responsibilities will include:

Build data models and visualizations that accurately measure provider and member analytics across care navigation and doctor ranking
Partner with external-facing stakeholders to deliver insightful stories and reports to existing and prospective clients
Develop deep understanding of your analytical domain in order to independently drive and produce meaningful insights

Ideal candidate has:

3-5 years professional experience in healthcare and/or data analytics fields
Formal training in data analytics, fair understanding of a branch of healthcare (applied medicine, biostatistics, health informatics, health economics, health insurance, etc.) is preferred
Experience with Python and SQL
A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system

The target salary range for this position is: $175,000 - $200,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
