Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually with full benefits

What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborate with prescribers to integrate therapy and medication plans.
• Develop thoughtful, client-centered treatment plans that drive meaningful outcomes.
• Guide clients through transitions with supportive discharge planning.
• Keep accurate records of care, ensuring every client’s journey is well-documented.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current California state licensure as LCSW.
• Preferred 3 years of experience in diagnosing mental health disorders
• Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing & implementing outcome-focused care
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Knowledgeable in crisis response
