Major Purpose
- Plans, coordinates, and performs manufacturing engineering work for a project or process. Operates in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fulfillment process. At this level, projects are of limited scope and responsibility; work plans, and decisions are made within established guidelines and may be reviewed by supervisors and/or managers and work closely with lead engineers on some work directions. May assign coordinate and review portions of the work for support personnel and contractors.
What Skills You Need
- Background in Engineering (mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, etc.). - Has a general understanding of the principles and uses the knowledge with assistance.
- Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools. - Has a general understanding of the principles and uses the knowledge with assistance.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution processes, quality, tooling, tool design, total preventative maintenance, and facilities. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
- Working knowledge of database management tools, the various loan accounting systems, and process management systems.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems: SAP, JDAAT, MPP, Ignition.
- Assembly standards, torque control tools, line design, man power calculation, data analysis through PBI.
Education
- • 3+ Years experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
- • Experience working within multicultural groups.
- • Fluent in English - verbal and written advanced communication skills.
- Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 years equivalent)
