What’s in it for you?
  • This is a fully remote position where you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside diverse, highly motivated, and mission-driven colleagues from around the world.
  • Compensation base salary of between €50,000 to €63,000 + On-Target Earnings (OTE) structure that features a 60/40 split between base salary and commission + Share Appreciation Rights
  • Flexible hours and asynchronous environment, covering either EMEA or NAMER regions
  • Paid parental leave
  • Remote working budget: €1,000 per year (pro-rata based on your start date)
  • Learning and development budget: 3.5% of base compensation

 

The job in a nutshell

We're seeking results-oriented sales pioneers to spearhead new business growth through strategic prospecting and cultivating existing accounts. You'll leverage your commercial acumen to secure new deals while working hand-in-hand with our Customer Success team to unlock hidden potential within our expanding client base.

  

You’ll spend time on the following
  • Identify and qualify high-value leads through various prospecting techniques, like cold calling, networking, and industry events. Craft compelling proposals that showcase our solutions' value proposition and ROI
  • Partner strategically with Customer Success to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Dive deep into client needs, uncover hidden growth potential, and craft targeted solutions that maximize customer lifetime value
  • Negotiate win-win contracts that ensure healthy margins and client satisfaction
  • Champion a seamless onboarding experience in collaboration with Customer Success, fostering trust and long-term partnership
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Support, and other internal teams to deliver a remarkable customer journey. Actively gather client feedback and champion continuous improvement across all areas – product, marketing, and sales
  • Identify potential risks in usage, satisfaction, or sentiment. Work proactively with Customer Success to develop solutions, escalate issues where needed, and ensure timely resolution

We typically expect candidates with at least 2 years of experience in an accounts relations or account management position to have the skills mentioned above.

  • You have experience working in a SaaS company and a fast-growing startup environment
  • Relevant domain experience working in HR-tech in a B2B context
