Nespresso worldwide since its launch has enjoyed growth year on year. Our ambitions for coming years are sky high. Currently we are looking for B2C Product Manager with mission to:
Own and manage the B2C product portfolio of coffee, machines, accessories and services, by translating and implementing global product launches & themes (IAP) to market needs, execute CRM calendar and initiate market specific local initiatives. Drive marketing strategy and execution of activity plan in Baltic countries.
Key responsibilities on the position:
- Develop the commercial value proposition incl. new products/services
- Promotional plan development, management and validation, including pre- and post-evaluations of promotional campaigns and ongoing campaign monitoring & adjustment
- Review portfolio performance continuously to understand and lead possible optimizations, e.g. promotion, pricing, portfolio rationalization, with support from data & insights
- E2E campaign management (process revision, improvement and tracking)
- Drive omnichannel approach
- Drive the activation (e.g. acquisition, promotion) strategy for B2C
- Initiate market specific local initiatives
- Ensure cross-channel synchronization on products and activities launches
- Continuous market analysis to ensure relevancy in product and activation proposals (Nielsen, GFK, stores visits, competition analysis)
- Subscription lead and improvement as part of Nespresso Loyalty program
- Drive consumer loyalty through Nespresso Club enhancement in the market. Initiate new activations and campaigns launches based on market trends and consumer need
To succeed in the role the following experience and competencies will be essential:
- At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Marketing or/and Product Management
- Worked for a premium brand with an FMCG mindset
- Experience in managing external partners
- Strong organizational or project management skills in an commercial environment
- Accuracy and attention to details, strong analytical skills
- Results-driven, high-energy, innovation minded
- Fluent English and Polish
