Job description

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an Account Executive with a minimum of 3 years of New Business Development experience within Staffing & Recruiting who is more than a salesperson; we need a connector, a relentless relationship builder with the drive to develop and expand a portfolio of new clients. This role offers the freedom to harness your existing relationships and dive into new ones, supported by our robust recruiting and technology team. You’ll have untapped commission potential, with a base between $7,200-$18,000 and OTE between $30,000-$72,000 in your first year and scaling as you build and grow relationships. You'll have the ability to grow your earnings with no cap. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with clients you generate, understanding their unique needs and presenting tailored staffing solutions.
  • Engage in proactive business development through cold-calling, networking events, industry conferences, and anywhere you see someone with a need that is limiting their growth.
  • Represent our services with authenticity, credibility, and a client-first attitude, ensuring successful placements with our recruiting team’s support.
  • Drive sales and exceed revenue targets with no cap on commission—your earnings are limitless.
  • Maintain and grow a personal client portfolio, supported by our ability to provide both U.S. and offshore staff.
