What Will You Do?
We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our organic search strategy and execution. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our site is fully optimized for search engines, with a special focus on job search platforms and large-scale websites with over 500,000 pages.

Your expertise will also drive the seamless coordination of landing page creation and optimization for platforms like Google for Jobs, ensuring Jobgether ranks competitively and remains a go-to resource for remote job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive SEO Strategy: Develop and implement an SEO strategy to improve search rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance user engagement.

  • Google for Jobs Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize job postings for Google for Jobs, maximizing visibility and click-through rates.

  • Content and Landing Page Management: Coordinate the creation and optimization of landing pages with a focus on SEO best practices and user experience.

  • Technical SEO: Conduct in-depth technical audits to address issues related to site structure, crawlability, page speed, and internal linking for large-scale websites.

  • Keyword Research & Strategy: Identify and prioritize high-impact keywords and opportunities for content optimization.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, identifying trends and actionable insights.

  • Internal Linking Strategy: Design and execute an effective internal linking framework to boost page authority and improve user navigation.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Content, Product, and Development teams to align SEO goals with broader business objectives.

  • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, monitoring competitors to identify new strategies and opportunities.

  • Scalable Solutions: Implement processes and tools to efficiently manage SEO efforts for websites with extensive page counts.

What You Bring to the Role
Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including job search platforms or large websites with 500,000+ pages.

  • SEO Expertise: Advanced knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a proven track record of optimizing large-scale websites.

  • Google for Jobs: Demonstrated experience in optimizing websites and postings for Google for Jobs.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; ability to communicate effectively with development teams.

  • Data Proficiency: Expert user of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.

  • Content Strategy: Strong understanding of SEO-driven content creation and optimization for large-scale content production.

  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Job Sites Expertise: Prior experience working with job boards, HR Tech platforms, or large-scale e-commerce websites.
