Job Title: B2B Sales Operations Specialist – 100% Remote (Cannabis Payment Processing Industry)

Location: 100% Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)

As we continue to grow and expand across multiple verticals, we are looking for a B2B Sales Operations Specialist to help optimize our sales processes, enhance team performance, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Role Overview:
The B2B Sales Operations Specialist will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, improving sales performance, and supporting our sales team in reaching their goals. In this 100% remote role, you will manage CRM systems, analyze sales data, optimize sales processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales execution. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale and succeed in the cannabis payment processing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Process Optimization & Efficiency

    • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and streamline the sales funnel, driving higher productivity across the team.
    • CRM Management: Ensure the CRM system is optimized, maintaining accurate data entry, reporting, and workflows. Be the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
    • Technology & Tools: Support the evaluation, implementation, and management of sales tools such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and sales engagement tools to enhance sales productivity.
  2. Sales Data Analysis, Reporting & Performance Tracking

    • Sales Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Deliver actionable insights to the leadership team for data-driven decision-making.
    • Pipeline Management: Monitor and track the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities and commitments. Generate accurate sales forecasts and recommend adjustments to optimize pipeline health.
  3. Sales Enablement, Execution, & Fulfillment

    • Sales Enablement: Partner with the learning and development team to create training materials and resources that help the sales team succeed.
    • Sales Execution: Support B2B sales transactions by making and receiving customer calls, managing contracts and agreements, and ensuring commitments are met.
    • Fulfillment: Collaborate with marketing, finance, customer experience, and solution teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, or customer account management in a B2B environment (preferably within technology or fintech).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
