Job description

  • Join an Aussie Agency that offers eCommerce and digital marketing services. 
  • Equipment will be provided. 
  • The ideal candidate should have a fully functioning workstation and a quiet place to work with a high-speed internet connection at home.
  • The candidate should be willing to meet with the team quarterly to have team buildings in Manila.
  • Salary: PHP 70,000/month.

About the Role

As a Digital Producer, you will directly report to the Head of Production and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of their successful client portfolio. They work closely with their clients to help deliver on their aspirations and understand their challenges. This role is crucial in supporting the company and its client’s business, implementing processes and procedures, and making recommendations to support successful program/project delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management and delivery of work through a diverse client portfolio.
  • Define & set a realistic project roadmap with clients and work closely with them to deliver successful outcomes per their strategic plan.
  • Consult and guide a dedicated team of developers and other key resources to coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes aligned with objectives.
  • Support the team lead and management in pre-sales.
  • Provide consultation and recommendations to clients directly on e-commerce and digital best practices, strategies, and road mapping.
  • Organize and facilitate required meetings and ceremonies both internally and externally - Project status meetings, daily stand-ups, site-specific project meetings, and retrospective meetings.
  • Assist in the production and facilitation of commercial agreements in the best interest of both the company and the client. 
  • Responsible for contracted budgets and ensuring that all financial documents are up to date both internally and externally.
  • Manage client communications and expectations, ensure client satisfaction, and establish a detailed understanding of the client's business, procedures, and requirements.
  • Implement and optimize support and delivery processes of features, products, and bug fixes across multiple clients at one time.
  • Leverage commercial agreements to drive deliverable timelines and recommendations.
  • Recommend and drive continuous improvement across all key processes.
  • Represent the company’s capability and capacity to ensure items are delivered and communicated on time and effectively.
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of current and emerging technologies and partner products and solutions.
  • Create and update project documentation.
  • Create accurate forecasts for revenue and resource requirements.
  • Act as the main client contact for project activities.
 

Position Prerequisites

  • Previous project and delivery planning across multiple clients at one time.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-level eCommerce projects, features, and products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating and coordinating across cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage client priorities in line with resource allocations and the context of a broader client portfolio.
  • A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage your client's work and ensure quality outcomes.
  • The ability to work autonomously.
  • Understanding of system integration and architecture. Specifically in the eCommerce space.
  • Demonstrate effective customer service skills and provide examples of previous customer success stories.
