BizFirst is assisting our client in the search for aa full-time Systems Integration SME – Senior. This role involves leading complex work streams, ensuring alignment with Oracle standards and organizational requirements, and providing quality assurance and oversight at the senior executive level. The Systems Integration SME will serve as an expert in Oracle solutions, collaborating with Government clients to develop integrated solutions that support program objectives and align with applicable standards, laws, and policies.

Our client is a specialized management consulting firm that engages experienced professionals and consultants to support the federal government with strategic project execution, financial process optimization, advanced IT solutions, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation. Through innovative transformations, they develop and implement strategies to optimize operations for military departments and agencies across the U.S. Federal Government.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead independent quality assurance reviews of program performance and deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  
• Provide oversight for on-site quality control, including review and approval of working papers and findings.
  
• Ensure adherence to applicable standards, laws, policies, and regulations throughout all work streams.
  
• Lead teams for complex technical and functional work streams as a recognized Oracle subject-matter expert.
  
• Define the technical architecture and align it with functional and technical requirements.
  
• Provide expertise in Oracle standards, advising on best practices and technical implications of design alternatives.
  
• Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to translate functional requirements into technical solutions, write technical requirements, and propose integrated solutions.
  

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience (including internships) designing, developing, testing, and deploying Oracle solutions.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Four years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  
• Expertise in Oracle systems, including end-to-end process alignment and integration.
  
• Proven ability to lead teams and execute complex work streams in a high-stakes environment.
  
• Strong communication and analytical skills to interact effectively with senior government officials.
