About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Media/Advertising Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in media planning and buying, skilled at developing and executing multi-channel digital media strategies that align with client goals. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize media placements and achieve outstanding results for our clients.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute media plans across multiple channels (traditional and digital) to meet client objectives and budgets.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy across all media.
  • Manage the entire media buying process, including negotiating rates, securing placements, and ensuring accurate execution.
  • Monitor and analyze media performance to provide ongoing optimization recommendations.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with media vendors and partners to identify new opportunities and innovations in media placements.
  • Prepare and present detailed media plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising opportunities to improve media strategies continuously.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in media planning, advertising strategy, and media buying.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel digital media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of media planning tools, techniques, and analytics.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and vendor relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven, with strong analytical skills to assess and optimize campaign performance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C media planning.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting techniques.
  • Familiarity with digital media channels.
  • Proficiency in media planning software and tools.
