Location: Remote



Preferred Schedule:

Monday to Friday, Flexible hours following US Mountain Time (40 hours per week / 8 hours per day)

Role Overview


We are looking for a Social Media Strategist with at least 3 years of agency experience to spearhead social media strategy and planning. This role involves managing content calendars, optimizing paid social campaigns, fostering community engagement, and leveraging social selling to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to clients’ objectives and industries.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan and oversee content scheduling, ensuring alignment with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Community Management: Build and maintain relationships with audiences, responding to comments and fostering brand loyalty across platforms.
  • Social Selling: Use platforms like LinkedIn to build pipelines, nurture leads, and support sales efforts.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze metrics and provide detailed reports with actionable insights to refine strategies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of agency experience managing social media for multiple brands or clients.
  • Strong proficiency with social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Loomly, Sprout Social).
  • Proven expertise in community management, paid social advertising, and social selling techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and strategy optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
