Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Danish across various platforms.
• Review submissions to ensure they meet community standards and guidelines.
• Interact with users, responding to inquiries and concerns as needed.
• Identify trends in content and user behavior to improve engagement.
• Collaborate closely with team members to enhance moderation processes.
• Provide actionable feedback to clients regarding content issues and user interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation efforts and user communications.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen customer-oriented approach.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Capability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
• Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital trends and strategies related to online engagement.
