Job description

Description

We are looking for an Organizational Development & Learning Specialist (Replacement for maternity leave) to join our OD&L team.

 As OD&L Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering various OD and Learning programs and solutions to promote employee growth and development (Onboarding, professional and leadership training, performance management process, talent management, and more).

This role is part of the OD&L team and reports to the Head of Organizational Development & Learning.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify learning needs, develop, and execute the annual L&D program
  • Develop F2F workshops and digital learning solutions
  • Design, plan, and execute leadership training programs tailored to various levels (FLM, Mid-Level Management, and Senior Management)
  • Plan and execute cross-organizational talent development programs
  • Work with external vendors and internal experts to build and run learning plans
  • Plan & execute learning solutions at the macro and micro level
  • Monitor and follow up on the training budget and the annual work plan
  • Assess L&D programs effectiveness


 


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field Organizational Development/Learning Technologies/Social Science/Organizational Behavior or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the OD&L area.
  • Proficiency in creating content, designing, and implementing learning and development sessions
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, excellent planning and organizing abilities
  • High interpersonal skills and ability to engage and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and in English
  • Full Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint as well as other tools such as Canva
