Job Description

Supply Chain Account Manager Student
Order Desk Student focuses on evaluation of customer support and  commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. 
It includes order fulfillment, coordinating and controlling customers’ backlog and inventory in a timely and cost-efficient manner. 
Responsibilities include material expediting, movement and transaction as well as leading and coordinating initiatives and activities to achieve optimal integrated management of the goods flow. 
Prepare accurate and timely management reports for customers support, KPI and customers’ forecast accomplishment.
 

In this role, you have the opportunity to focus on evaluation of customer support and commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. 
It includes order fulfillment, coordinating and controlling customers’ backlog and inventory in a timely and cost-efficient manner. 
Responsibilities include material expediting, movement and transaction as well as leading and coordinating initiatives and activities to achieve optimal integrated management of the goods flow. 
Prepare accurate and timely management reports for customers support, KPI and customers’ forecast accomplishment.


Your role:

  • Screen the order within FP
  • process improvement , lead pride
  • Order Desk Management of specific accounts from Haifa customers, follow up customers’ backlog and delivery date. 
  • Backlog Traceability, follow up on shipment ocean and air.
  • Follow up material shortages and work with relevant groups on recovery
  • Archive maintenance to meet regulation requirements

- Currently student for Industrial engineering and management Engineering.

- Availability to work 2-3 days a week

- High level of  English
