Description

As a Chargeflow Alert Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving alert transactions within our client’s Payment Service Provider (PSP) system. You will report directly to the Head of Alerts and will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Transaction Management: Efficiently locate and address alert transactions in the PSP system.
  • Refund Processing: Issue refunds for transactions identified as requiring refunds.
  • Subscription Management: Cancel active subscriptions associated with these transactions.
  • Documentation: Accurately document transactions involving chargebacks, unlocated transactions, declines, cancellations, and merchant-initiated refunds on the alert credit sheet.
  • Merchant Communication: Engage with merchants as needed to enroll them in the service, resolve issues, and provide updates for reporting purposes.
  • Process Improvement: Offer suggestions and innovative ideas to enhance and streamline the alert management process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English - Must
  • Experience with Chargebacks - Must
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets - Must
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in managing transaction details - Must!
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to assess and resolve transaction-related issues.
  • Efficiency: Ability to work effectively in a large scale, fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Customer service experience - Strong Advantage
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays, to ensure continuous operation and support.
  • Technical Requirements: Possess a personal computer with reliable internet connectivity, including backup internet and battery solutions to maintain consistent productivity.
  • Tech Oriented (Must): working with payment processors (such as Stripe, Shopify, etc..) - Advantage
