As the Sr Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and encouraging our sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive the company's growth. Where you come in:
  • You will lead and handle national sales by developing a tactics plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • You are responsible for meeting sales goals and important metrics, ensuring that the team consistently hits targets.
  • You set individual sales targets with the sales teams, encouraging a competitive and motivated atmosphere.
  • You track sales goals and report results as necessary, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • You coordinate the activities and performance of the sales team, ensuring detailed execution of strategies.
  • You coordinate with marketing on lead generation and with Professional Education on the training of salespeople.
  • You analyze processes to improve the customer journey, enhancing overall delight.
  • You coordinate with Sales Operations on the data needed to inform business performance and competitor movements in the market.
  • You develop the sales team through motivation, mentorship, and competitive strategy.
  • You promote the organization and products, understanding market needs and trends and applying them to the business.

  • You have a minimum of 8 years of field experience in the diabetes environment, with proven skills in event organization.
  • Your well-developed networking skills, both externally and internally, enable you to establish solid connections.
  • You are adept at working in a matrix environment, collaborating with various teams to achieve common goals.
  • Your proficiency in managing relationships with key healthcare professionals and advocacy groups ensures our products meet market needs.
  • Your ability to successfully implement strategies and track performance metrics contributes to the team's overall success.
  • You bring a deep understanding of customers and how they relate to our business and products, informing decisions and strategies.
  • Your creativity and efficiency in resolving complex issues help drive the company's objectives forward.
