Position Summary:

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging prospective customers over the phone, effectively communicating product information, and building relationships with potential clients. Your role will also include providing customer support and conducting product training. You will play a key role in driving sales and achieving targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Job Details:

  • Work from Home
  • Monday to Friday | 8 PM to 5 AM Manila Time

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers over the phone to introduce and promote products and services.
  • Effectively communicate product information and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers as needed.
  • Set appointments and follow up with leads to close sales.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and embrace changes and new challenges.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in Sales or Customer Service is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Proven experience in appointment-setting
  • Demonstrated end-to-end sales experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and strong sales persuasion abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus
