Job Title: Telesales Executive MyNonu.com

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires an individual who is persuasive, target-driven, and knowledgeable about digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and web design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

o Make outbound sales calls to potential clients in the small to medium-sized business (SMB) segment.

o Research potential leads and keep the CRM system updated.

o Qualify leads based on the companys services and potential client needs.

2. Sales & Communication:

o Present and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, web design, etc.) to potential clients.

o Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

o Understand clients business objectives to offer tailored marketing solutions.

o Address client objections and concerns, providing accurate and thorough information.

3. Target Achievement:

o Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

o Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and promotions.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

o Maintain detailed records of all client communications in the CRM system.

o Foster long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and post-sales support.

o Ensure client satisfaction and aim for repeat business and referrals.

5. Collaboration & Reporting:

o Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.

o Provide feedback to the team on market trends, competition, and potential areas of growth.

o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years in telesales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with the ability to close sales.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, social media, and web design.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and think on your feet during sales calls.

Motivation: Self-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
