The BP channel manager for Cytiva is responsible Cytiva BP portfolio (include Filtration products, SUT consumables, CCM products and other products need coverage by channel) handle by channels.

This position is part of the China BP channel team located in South China (Guangzhou or chengdu) and will be remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Develop senior and long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the distributor organizations, including business leaders, marketing and product managers, sales leaders and purchasing managers.
  • Inform and align local distribution strategy with Cytiva Commercial needs.
  • Act to bridge relationships between key distributors and Cytiva Commercial teams to drive commercial execution and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans with each distributor to drive business growth and focus their market activities.
  • Monitor performance of distributor network and develop / implement action plans to achieve maximum revenue and margin impact. Develop distributor segmentation and implement improvement plans
  • Planning regular distributor reviews, hold product and business presentations and providing training
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of Cytiva and competitive products
  • Knowledge of the existing accounts areas /segments and channels would be advantageous
  • Being the central point of contact for all channel related communication internal and external in the relevant region.
  • Working closely with Cytiva Commercial Teams to support and execute local distribution strategy
  • Working with Ecommerce team to ensure alignment of all activities across all channels.
  • Collaborate within the Cytiva matrix and OneDanaher environment to deliver results and make an impact for our Customers, Commercial Organization, and our Distributors
  • Assist and coordinate local training of distribution teams on Cytiva portfolio and programs
  • Ensure Cytiva is working with channel in a compliant and ethical way with unwavering integrity, including contract management

Who you are:

  • 6+ years of relevant Distribution or Commercial experience
  • Degree in Life Science or business field preferred
  • A strong team player/ with an ability to work strong cross functionally for success in the life sciences/applied markets arena and balance creativity and structure while delivering results. Self-starter who can manage priorities, time, and organization.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of work time including occasional overnight stays and a valid motor vehicle license
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Have process experience for plasma, vaccine and antibody segment.
  • Have experience for channel management, and have resource for more channel paternal
