What you'll do
Cartology is one of the leading players in the retail media industry, and hence this role requires a finance partner who is comfortable with ambiguity and a changing landscape.
- Partner with our Sales General Manager and lead financial planning and analysis for our largest portfolio (i.e. food categories)of Cartology's P&L, spanning across Supermarkets & BigW.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis, build robust models, and deliver insightful recommendations to influence key decisions and optimise resource allocation.
- Partner with the Sales Leadership team to track performance, identify trends, assess new business opportunities, and ensure alignment between sales strategies and financial goals.
- Enhance financial performance: Analyse sales data, evaluate client profitability, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to maximise revenue and profitability to ensure Cartology's continued success
- Drive business partnering maturity and contribute to Cartology's overall growth strategy.
What you'll bring
- 5+ relevant experience in a client-facing Finance business partnering role, ideally in a Media, FMCG and/or Retail environment
- CA/CPA Qualification (or near completion)
- Exceptional communication skills, including strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, translate complex financial information into compelling narratives, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Advanced experience using financial systems and BI Tools
