Job role
As a Team Leader (based in Bucharest) you will lead an IT Asset Management & Investment Reporting team within Allianz Services Romania - Financial Business Services (FBS) Service Line, according to the Allianz leadership values and People Attributes.

What you will do
- Provide guidance, coach and coordinate the team (of IT Asset Management and Investment Reporting professionals) to become more effective in providing the services to our customers
- Provide process guidance, and train the team based on customers’ requirements and various IT Asset Management and Investment Reporting standards
- Manage the task allocation, team performance results, ensuring business continuity during off time of the team (scheduling in advance the vacation/training period, business continuity plan, working attendance)
- Develop and implement new ideas for business growth, process optimization or transfer of new tasks within the team (especially during handover and transition process)
- Responsible for the quality management of all process documentation (SOPs, user manuals) elaborated by the team
- Acting as a bridge between the team and main stakeholders, ensuring that all escalations are attended and resolved in time
- Raise customer awareness with focus on growth strategy and conduct discussions for new business
- Keeping under systematic review an accurate forecast/ pipeline for approved working contracts
- Conduct recruitment process and create job descriptions for new roles
- Set the objectives, expectations and development plan for direct reports, and conduct performance reviews
- Track team profitability, bonus and salary reviews
- Ensure delivery of team administrative task in time
- Communicate actively, ensure proactive information in terms of purpose and strategy and guide employees through change initiatives
- Other management reporting and responsibilities as per the business needs
What you bring
- Min. 5 years previous experience in Insurance, Finance, IT or Business Administration
- Knowledge of IT Asset Management/License Management processes
- Proven record of coordination and leadership skills, Innovation/ Business Transformation Projects
- Desired experience in service lifecycle, service management or project management tools (e.g. Service Now, MS Dynamics)
- Advanced MS-Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- CFA Institute and/or SQL knowledge are a plus
- CSAM, CHAMP, CITAM certifications are a plus
- Agile Certification or experience with an Agile environment
- Fluent in English
