HID is looking for Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing/ closing business within assigned territory in North America for its PKI & IoT Services Business Unit. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Services and Solutions across different verticals via direct end user sales. The candidate will also have recent experience in ‘hunting’ new enterprise customers for information security related cloud services.

As our Regional Sales Manager, PKI & IoT, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Generating and closing new sales opportunities responsible for execution of lead generation through to closing including, but not limited to, proposal creation, customer education, customer requirement discovery, customer procurement, and contract negotiation
- Ownership of $1.25-$1.5M annual quota of Annual Recurring Revenue resulting from new customers
- Building a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities with total funnel value 3x assigned quota
- Accurate forecasting and reporting opportunity progress and expected deal closings
- Handling and developing new businesses independently across multiple verticals and medium enterprise
- Preparing account strategies and plans in collaboration with Pre-Sales Engineers, Sales Leadership, Management, Customer Success, and other stakeholders
- Demonstrating PKI Services high-level functionality while leveraging Pre-Sales team for more in-depth technical demonstrations
- Evaluating RFI(s) and RFP(s) to determine applicability of HID PKI Services and own the response drafting while leveraging expertise and guidance from Product Management, Pre-Sales, and other relevant Subject Matter Experts
- Ensuring leads, accounts and opportunities are accurately and timely tracked within HID’s CRM and Sales Management tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Upon request from the sales leader, collaborate with other sales team members in cultivating and closing strategic sales opportunities
- Learning and developing skills around industry standards and best practices for use of PKI as part of a broader Infromation\Cyber Security strategy for enterprise customers
What we will love about your background:

- Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
- Experience with CRM and/or Sales Management tools, such as Salesforce is a must.
- Ability to create presentation materials to deliver messaging on new corporate initiatives and services.

- Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Your Experience and Education include:
- BS/BA, or equivalent education plus relevant industry experience
- 4+ Years Sales experience with an actionable preferred rolodex in North America of IT or IS decision makers in adopting cloud services
- Experience working with direct end users as well as partners and understanding of both direct and channel centric go to market approach
- Must have experience as a hunter of net new customer opportunities
- 3+ years sales experience in closing deals in at least 2 verticals from Finance, Healthcare, Government, and/or Mid-Enterprise in the PKI Services and/or Certificate Authority services
- A proven track record of independent lead generation and opportunity qualification withour relying on Marketing nurturing or Inside Sales
- A proven track record of a minimum of $1.5M annual new business direct quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proven ability to sell to mid-size, large and international organizations
