We have an opportunity for a proactive Management Assistant to provide office management, support to the Business Unit and Head of Claims as required to ensure efficient and cost-effective workflow.

 

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the leadership team as required to ensure alignment with business agendas
  • Providing organisational support, including coordination of day-to-day office operations and related activities to ensure effective workflow, responsiveness, and optimisation of time and quality
  • Producing correspondence, communications, presentations, confidential documents, spreadsheets, and reports on behalf of the leadership team
  • Undertaking diary management to make and coordinating appointments and schedules, including meeting logistics, agendas, and distributing minutes and action items
  • Assisting organisation of team events, business engagements, functions, and travel arrangements as required
  • Administering and maintaining databases, document control, and filing systems

 

About you:

  • Experience providing team administration support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes
  • High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
  • Ability to manage internal client expectations to ensure matters are appropriately triaged and dealt with in accordance with an agreed timeline and scope
