We are now looking for dynamic manager to lead our team of project engineers specializing in minor components.
How to contribute to our vision
You will be a part of developing components refurbishment, the reduction of maintenance cost and generating knowhow convertible to customer value. By supporting the global and regional Repair Shops you will help to meet revenue and productivity targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Manage and Assure the alignment of the minor components repairs and refurbishment portfolio in coordination with Sales
• Ensure the close cooperation of the Global Overhaul Solutions team with TE in the creation of repair specifications, technical documentation, FMECA (Failure mode, effects, and criticality analysis),
• Coordinate the elaboration of tools and test bench specifications, validation and global roll out
• Work with Operations and Aftermarket to understand the customer and market demands per region in terms of refurbishment of the WT components for SGRE and oOEM
• Determine overall refurbishment strategy based on technological and business drivers
• Ensure the creation of efficient Cost & Price Structure and Policy for Refurbishment Portfolio securing Reliability and Quality
• Collaborate in the setup of the SCM (Planning, Return, etc.) & Material Flow
• Manage the departmental performance metrics, process and procedures
• Define the Supplier Strategy: Make / Buy; supplier definition based on overall refurbishment strategy
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
We are looking for…. Candidates who has at least 2 years international team management experience and an interest in Project Management.
We imagine that you have an engineering degree within a relevant area or similar technical education, but in case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
To succeed in this role, you will need great analytical skills, be a team player and be self-driven, structured, trustworthy, and reliable.
Capable of working in a multicultural environment with strong interpersonal skills. In addition, you possess excellent English communications skills – verbally and in written. Knowledge of Spanish will be considered beneficial.
