Role Description:
- Active program management of China GTM IT readiness to enable IT capabilities in FY’25 to sell directly to end customers and channel partners following the termination of H3C partnership.
- Drive account onboarding to directly serve customers in China; enable legal, contractual, financial and operational setup.
- Support EU Sovereignty program management, including evaluation of geo feedback related to customer use cases and engagement with Hybrid Cloud BU to evaluate offers relative to customer use cases. Monitor legal / Govt affairs regulatory environment and internal compliance to support HPE’s EU sovereign operating model.
- Produce New Offer Introduction (“NOI”) cross-functional post-mortems; includes identification of best practices and root cause reasons for challenges with proposed corrective measures.
- Orchestrate NOI governance sessions to solicit NOI updates from key stakeholders; proactively identify and close gaps where required
- Create and maintain Objectives & Key Results (“OKR”) across functional areas, monitor OKR attainment, challenges and gaps.
- Versatile, proactive support of ad hoc cross functional projects that impact Global Sales.
Attributes and Qualifications
- Prefer 5+ years experience; MBA a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong aptitude for creating structured interactions across organizations with rigorous follow-through
- Strong business acumen with ability to grasp complex cross functional business and customer issues.
- Aptitude to manage ambiguous and complex assignments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively and concisely
- Experienced with preparation of executive level messaging, charts and other content.
- Proactive, “self starter” with ability to meet key deliverables independently with an appropriate level of guidance, assignment framework and objectives
- Easy to work with and collaborative with disciplined, focused work style
- Proficient with business application skills (Excel and Powerpoint)
- Solid analytical skillset a plus
