This role is critical for enhancing our website UX, designing new sections and pages, collaborating with the CRO team on A/B tests, and supporting the marketing team with static ads and other materials.
To be successful as a Graphic Designer, you should have excellent design skills, thorough knowledge and understanding of user experience principles and static ad creation.

π Job Responsibilities:
- Manage website UX and design new sections and pages.
- Collaborate with the CRO team to execute A/B tests on various elements.
- Create static ads and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work.
𧩠Your Experience:
- 2-6 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and static designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience in website UX design and a solid understanding of design principles.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience working with conversion rate optimization teams.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
