Description of Duties:

• Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepared and setup in an accurate and timely manner
• Work closely with multiple brand teams to ensure close follow-up and coordination between them and third-party vendors
• Develop, interpret and translate creative concepts into impactful visual display for your group of brands
• Managed marketing promotional event: preparing half-done design and backstage productions, podium and animation
• Responsible for fabric visual ordering process (for both new launches and new openings)
• Update display for seasonal, promotional and ad hoc activities
• Brands prop & fixtures warehouse management

Requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other similar software is an advantage
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Has creativity
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up, and other similar software
• Fluent in English
• Degree in Visual Merchandising, Product Design and/or Interior Design, Business or other related subjects
• At least 6-7 years of experience in visual merchandising
• Possess a strong passion for the beauty industry
• Experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage
