As a Senior Automation engineer (d/f/m) ,you will be responsible for leading the discipline of Automation (OT) within dedicated engineering project groups on investment projects led by Engineering of Lek / Sandoz Slovenia. As a Project Engineer, you will support project managers and related area managers in achieving project objectives related to functionality, GMP and HSE compliance within the approved scope, budget and timelines.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

•    Participate at creation of Process Automation URS .

•    Defines or supports the setting of automation strategy for Site/Sandoz.

•    Translates URS into detailed technical solutions for the assigned systems, units or equipment. Supports vendors in finding, defining appropriate technical solutions according to URS’s.

•    Support or lead the preparation of Design documentation, configuration guide, commissioning and qualification documentation. 

•    Creates required documentation for the procurement, commissioning and qualification process.

•    Prepare, organize, lead and execute DQ process for related sub-areas, a system, unit or equipment of the project.

•    Install, configure and commission discipline components according to Design documentation. 

•    Is responsible for the execution and safety in his discipline (electrical, automation, commissioning, qualification etc.).

What you will bring to the role:

•    Degree in Electrical/Automation engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent.

•    Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering or operations type roles.

•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

•    Fluent in English and proficient in local language.
