Job description

This is a remote position.

Salary Structure:
Rs. 22,500 per month in hand for the initial 6 months
Rs. 27,500 per month after the initial 6 months

Advantage: Prior experience in a staffing agency

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our HR function and contribute to the overall growth of our staffing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, a passion for people, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process.

  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance and set goals.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    • Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills.

  • HR Operations:
    • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, time and attendance, and HRIS administration.
    • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
    • Manage HR data and generate reports as needed.



Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a staffing agency.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.  
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
  • Experience in a staffing agency is a significant advantage.
