The Technical Implementation Specialist is responsible for the deployment, integration, and configuration of technical systems, software, and hardware solutions. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and support of technical projects. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and effective deployment, integration, and configuration of technical solutions within an organization.
What you will do -
- Project Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of technical implementation projects.
- Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Technical Support: Offer technical support for hardware and software services, including desktop support, servers, and specialized applications.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues during and after implementation.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes and client interactions.
- Integration: Coordinate and execute the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
- Configuration: Perform necessary configuration of software and hardware to meet client specifications.
What you will bring -
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical implementation or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of application servers, enterprise systems, networking, and scripting. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with multi-threaded programming and synchronization issues.
- Familiarity with Windows server applications and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with system integration and configuration.
