About Billing & Invoice

The Billing and Invoicing unit is vital in facilitating efficient payments, invoicing, and document handling for our customers. Our mission is to provide a seamless experience, ensuring smooth business processes and delivering superior customer satisfaction.

Our team of approximately 100 employees is dedicated to optimizing processes from purchase to pay, enhancing overall customer experience.

Your Mission as a Presales Manager:
  • Be the Glue: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between sales and product teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

  • Sales Support: Assist during global bid processes, driving the sales execution plan from a product perspective.

  • Performance Tracking: Break down targets and monitor the sales team's performance related to the product unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate: Work with colleagues from sales, marketing, and product to develop competencies, processes, and business strategies.

  • Engage: Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and workshops for customers in cooperation with sales teams.

  • Analyze: Drive and structure market analysis activities.

  • Strategize: Contribute to the product roadmap and business strategy and plans.

  • Connect: Act as the main liaison between sales and the product team.

  • Articulate Value: Capture and communicate the value proposition of our services.

  • Educate and Advocate: Promote the value proposition to internal sales teams and partners.

  • Market Participation: Collaborate with Product Enablement and Marketing on various market activities.

What You Bring:
  • Nordic Market Experience: Proven work experience within the Nordic outbound area, particularly in payments.

  • Cross-functional Expertise: Experience spanning both product development and sales.

  • Order2Cash Knowledge: Understanding of Order2Cash processes is a bonus.

  • Problem-Solver: Strong problem-solving mentality.

  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail.

  • Proactive Leader: Initiative taker with the ability to drive projects.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Swedish/Norwegian; fluency in Finnish is a bonus.
