The Job:  

As a Sr Analyst, EPM Planning & Reporting you’ll be part of our EPM Solutions team as a remote employee. You’ll get to:  

  • Become a trusted partner across all Corporate and Business Unit FP&A teams to ensure the financial applications are meeting and exceeding all functional requirements, enabling the broader Finance organizations to consolidate, plan, and report on critical financial data. 

  • Provide functional support for all Oracle EPM Applications (HFM / FDM / EPBCS / Smartview) on various financial processes.  Coordinate with both Finance and Technical teams to ensure applications are meeting all business requirements.  Actively identify and recommend process improvements to increase the effectiveness of SBD planning and reporting.

  • Support the HFM Application transition from On-Premise to EPM Cloud (FCCS).  This includes building functional requirements for future-sate financial consolidation processes, leading on testing and training phases, and ensuring a successful launch.

  • Collaborate with the FP&A user community to identify and deliver new Enhancements to the EPM Applications, ensuring successful deployments via thorough scoping, impact assessment, design, and testing.

  • Partner with SBD Leadership and business unit FP&A Users to maintain, design, and deliver Planning functionality as business requirements evolve.

  • Work with Controllership to manage key FDM and HFM business processes (Financial Data Loads, Data Mapping, Month End Close, Forecast Consolidation and Financial Certifications).

  • Identify User Training Opportunities and Needs, to continually improve the EPM Application support offerings to the business.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance or Analytics role.

  • Experience with Oracle applications (i.e., Planning Module, HFM, FDM, Smart View) preferred, or other similar financial planning / reporting software.

  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Experience in Consumer Products industry preferred.
